Demo accounts and contests have their respective strengths and weaknesses, but all are good for trading practice.

Demo accounts and contest accounts in my opinion are both useful if we know how to use them.

Real contest accounts can indeed be used to train psychology but contest demo accounts will likely be the same as regular demo accounts.

between account demos and contest accounts each has advantages and disadvantages so we use them as needed.

demo and contest accounts are equally lacking in psychology even though the contest account is less in terms of psychology.

Demo accounts will be better if done more consistently than other types of accounts.

in my opinion there are still more controlled accounts because contest accounts are often run based on ambition so in terms of psychology it is still not good enough.

Contest accounts in my opinion will only damage psychology if we do not run properly and only ambitious to win the contest.
