as long as there is an intention to try and want to be successful then everything will be normal and you can master technology in any way that technology doesn't look old or young as long as they really want to learn it sure can

You don't need to worry about mastering technology even though you are old or have done many methods but you still can't find better guidance and all of these technologies are indeed mandatory for us to learn for now.

In my opinion, as long as what you do has high intention and hard work, everyone can do it, including when you are still young or old or retired because there is no age limit. In my opinion here, the problem is intention.
