In my opinion as long as we use a safe trading strategy and the right MM whenever we trade will be comfortable and safe, even though we do not enter when market conditions are not good and there is no indication of signal from our trading system. Besides adhering to the trading plan that we have made then we will find the right trading time according to our style and will be comfortable and not at risk.

A good way to use Time Frame is, we first analyze it on a large TF then we execute it on a small Time Frime

every time has its advantages. For example when Asia is very suitable if trading is looking for lots and getting rebates, because the market is slow. 
and the European and American session usually moves very quickly, suitable for profit.

Choosing the right time to trade is when the market is crowded but it must also be in accordance with the trading style that we have so it will be easier for us to find the best and optimal entry opportunities.

I think the right time for trading is relative and each trader has a time that matches the style used so not all markets are good for all traders even though the market is looking profitable.

Experience in determining a good time, every trader also has their own trading time and surely every trading has a different time for trading.

In my opinion the right time to trade is only the traders themselves who adjust because each trader has their own style, strategy and free time. If I usually feel comfortable with an Asian session, it might be different from you.

there is no suitable time continuously but a suitable time must be sought for example do not always trade in the Asian session continuously but we must look for opportunities in other markets, especially London and America markers to get good and varied entry opportunities.

When you feel comfortable trading in a session and in which session gives the most profit and according to the system / trading strategy, then that is the session or time that is suitable for you to trade.

the right time for trading is not just free time but also must be adjusted to our trading style more suitable in what session, but if a trader has a busy day during the day then can trade in London and America.
