We have to instill learning to control our emotions since we are still beginners. Most people get emotional when we do, it is a human thing, but excessive emotions until you make an example of an open position that uses a lot of lots will actually be detrimental to you.

Unhealthy emotions or emotions that make you always lose are emotions that you have to get rid of because then you won't be able to carry out activities well and won't get the results you hope for.

I think it is important so that you have good psychology when you do lose because of defeat.  That is a natural thing.
