if told to choose then each trader will have a different answer because the counter trend or follow trend both have a profitable potential if controlled properly.

For long term trading plan, follow the trend is preferable, but for short term trading plan, counter-trend also still make sense.
but too aggressive also not good as trading result

I rate follow trend better than counter trend because many claim that follow trend is safer than follow trend, so I have clearly chosen follow trend.

actually both are good and can generate good profits if the trader is accustomed and able to see the opportunities of a trend because basically the trend will only go up and down and correction.

Follow trend is safer because the market will go in the direction of our position.
And to fight the trend usually even make a loss even MC

in my opinion there is no counter trend or follow trend style because we do not know the actual trend unless we see it with a large time frame, and even then it is still difficult to run.

I believe more in following trends because many say that following trends is safer and does not make us anxious because they have to fight the trend. Even though I am a short term trader, I believe more in following trends.

I have not proven that counter trends can also produce consistent profits, but I believe there are many traders who use counter trend styles and succeed.

I prefer the folloe trend even though I used to trade with a counter trend style because I believed more after my profits had improved by changing to follow trend.

if you ask a long-term trader it will tend to choose to follow the trend otherwise if the scalper trader will tend to judge both the same even a better counter trend, so basically the counter trend or follow trend is relative.

all good and profitable as long as it is implemented well but if seen in the long run, the better follow the trend, the greater the TF used, the more will choose to follow the trend.

follow the trend in my opinion is safer but we must be able to identify a trend and follow it well, if we cannot identify the trend then we will not be able to distinguish the counter trend and follo trend.

if we have a short-term style it is likely to consider a counter trend better and vice versa for a long-term style, so in my opinion which one is better is relative depending on the style you have.

it's better if we just start trading then you should use the follow trend style because it's safer and easier for beginners.

if in fact, of course, follow trend is better with a long-term note style, but if for scalping then counter trend can also be a balanced choice with follow trend.
