If I like ordinary indicators, whether they have settings or not, I don't think it matters, the important thing is that the indicator is easy to use and can show the real direction.

In my opinion, setting the indicator is not mandatory, even if you don't set the indicator, you can still use the indicator as standard and it can be used, but if you want it to be powerful, you can set it according to what you want.
