Practices on demos are considered important because traders do not have trading experience while experienced traders consider the account demo not important.

If you have a goal for trading with large capital, then practice your technique first on a demo account with capital that will be used in the estate later.

for preliminary practice you should use a demo account, if for example you have already used it, you can immediately practice it on a micro / cent account.

you should just practice it in a real cent account, with only 10 USD of capital you can practice strategy as well as psychology, if you lose it is not too big, just consider the cost of training.

Forex trading exercises with Demo Accounts play an important role in the learning period. Even if the money used in it is virtual money, it can simulate a real situation if the amount of virtual money used is equivalent to your real trading plan in the future.
