$ 100 is not a little money. if you directly use it on a real account without a demo first it will likely end with a margin call.

Better practice in both emo and real accounts because both are important and needed.

First I learned forex using a demo account until I could profit continuously.
but when using a real account it feels very different and very difficult to get a profit.
But now mentally is strong and it is not strange that with the name floating, it will be able to return profit.

as long as you think of money and profits, the psychological pressure will be even greater and it will affect psychology and mentality as well as trading results.

If all this time you consider a demo account as an account for training then use it, but if you think the demo account is not useful then just trade real.

The demo is only useful for introduction when it's new in trading at mt4 / mt5. if you already understand and understand basic trading, it's better to just leave the demo, and start trading on a real account.

for practice of course you have to use a real account. You are not enough to just use a demo account

That's the problem. Psychological pressure is very influential, so if you only use the demo for too long it will result in not having a mentality when entering a real account.

do you mean account stage? so gradually from demo to new and standard account entry. step by step it's better.
