To practice it should be on a demo account, because if you lose we don't lose money. Because what is used for trading is virtual money.

Real accounts can also be made for training but I suggest using cent or micro accounts so that they don't have too many losses.

If you want to practice seriously, I recommend using a real account, but if you don't have capital, a demo account can be used.

the main benefit of trading on a demo account is training to not involve our emotions in trading. so you should practice first in the demo account

training can use any account as long as you can guard MM well. Reak is also good because it can make a profit.
