Indeed, if you don't have good psychology then you won't be able to trade successfully, especially if you involve excessive emotions in trading activities, which will have a bad impact on your psychology.

If your psychology is unstable, you might become stressed in trading because the market is uncertain, sometimes you buy and hope the price will go up, but what happens is that the price actually goes down.
