fixed spreads in my opinion will not have an impact on traders, especially long-term traders, but spreads that are floating even when high volatility will have enough impact and harm the trader.

spread sometimes does affect our trading especially if we use a floating spread broker, in certain conditions we can lose even though our position is floating plus.

spread sometimes affects because under certain conditions spread can widen very far and can also spread when we exit an incorrect position or when widened and we don't know.

in my opinion, if a trader joins the broker for the first time considering the spread, the spread will be quite influential and vice versa because the spread depends on the trading style used by the trader.

sometimes I also consider spreads when prices on the market are having high volatility because besides requotes that make it difficult for us to exit also spreads can stretch more than tens of pips, that's what makes us loss.

Spread is arguably a discount from the broker, spread will determine the profit results, large spreads will cut the value of the profit is quite large as well. it's better to choose a low spread broker.

Spread becomes one of the scourges of a trader. Large spreads rarely people like it, because they do not want to get into trouble if they put TP and the price has touched the TP target but the transaction does not close.
I don't want OP on spreads that are too large even though there is a signal that I still don't OP, because there is a big risk for the technique that I use on large spreads. I prefer small spreads.

for myself the spread is less I pay attention because I focus more on the medium-term target except the spread when certain conditions I tend to avoid it because it can stretch very wide.

The tight spread is good for trading because to looking profit floating only needs tight movement on the price ticks, let say spread only 1 pip, hence only needs to waiting for price move 1 pip to get break-even point, a different broker has different rules regarding spread, please refers to your broker

I don't consider the spread in my trading, as long as the spread doesn't exceed 3 points, then I consider it normal, there's no need to look for thin spreads because I prioritize trading strategies rather than pay attention to spreads.

Small spreads are certainly better. For daily traders who are looking for quick profits, of course, spreads have a big effect on trading, but for long term traders spread is not a big problem, so it depends on the trading style.

as long as I didn't pay attention to the spread of a pair so for me spread is less important to determine the success of trading because I already have my own strategy regardless of spread calculation.

Small spread indeed giving more opportunity to make profit trading, but this is not only one reason, low volatility also will affected to the trading result, imagine if you trade with pair low spread but the market not moves, or in flat condition, small spread will risky too, but in high volatility market, although bigger spread but profit and loss will quicker

Hy aizafx how are u?
In a low spread sideways condition gives greater risk, because the burden of loss is borne by the spread and the market is not moving.
It is also true that volume is very influential because if the market does not change, regardless of the spread, it will be difficult to make a profit.

if I have chosen spread fix then it seems that there will be no effect on my trading because I consider spread as a fee trading and we don't need to think about it, maybe if the spread is stretched in a high range then we just count.
