if I myself have lost more than three times a day then I take a break from forex trading, it's better not to overdo it for loss.

The ideal loss in my opinion is not more than 5 percent every time we open a position. If you don't allow too much loss then it will certainly affect trading psychology, try to calculate the risk first before entering the market
