There must be a use of the frequency of defeat that is clear, we must be able to be patient.

Patience and discipline are part that cannot be separated in trading and this is more important than anything else in trading in my opinion
If you lose more than 3 times a day, you should stop first, don't let your loss be more than 50%.
This is a good rule trading and every trader must have their respective rule trading to minimize losses
if I myself try when trading loss is not more than 5% of total balance
if one trade in my opinion is still quite large, usually between 1% to 2% range
