If you often move your stop loss, your capital will immediately run out because it is also uncertain, very volatile, therefore don't move your stop loss.

In my opinion, this habit is not a problem as long as there is a limit. When you keep changing your stop loss, I think it is a mistake. But if it is only once or twice, it is not a problem.

When we have the habit of moving the stop loss, which means it doesn't actually match the SL, maybe you can replace it with something else, such as a trailing stop.

Shifting the stop loss is something that in my opinion is not right because after all, when you trade you have to be sure to learn well using stop losses.

I think Forex trading requires seriousness, and when you often move your stop loss every time you make a stop loss then it shows that you are not suitable and maybe not serious about forex trading.
