For me it will be easier if we just focus on just one system, suppose we are a follower trend, then we don't trade in the opposite trend

I think I've also done this, but it's not often lifted. I even prefer to enter when the trend is over and the price will be back in direction.

I always used to follow the trend from the start because following the direction is better than going against the flow and that's also what causes me to be consistent.
