if indeed you are not suitable with the style can move or change, but if you often change the style from follow trend to counter trend and vice versa then you will not find a match.

the problem is i rarely use reversal mostly i use medium term so i always follow direction

I have never changed the style from follow trend to counter trend because I am more comfortable and feel safe with the follow trend style, it is also from my friends' recommendations not to fight the trend because it is quite risky.

I do it all the time, sometimes I counter the trend, sometimes I also follow the trend, depending on market conditions
