I often experience it and it is very risky if we rely on emotions to reach the target, a big target is to be everyone's dream but the target must be adjusted to everything including capital and skills.

I think everyone is doing it because it uses emotions when we do Open positions, it's natural because it's a mindset. When we want to get a lot of results but when that doesn't happen, emotions will peak

I'm sure I forgot or not but from my experience it seems I've been passionate about getting fast and big results and I realized that what I was doing was wrong because I used emotions in it and it wasn't good

I've been in a position like that when I wanted to get a target I was always emotional because I didn't achieve it but for now I'm more able to control my emotions because I use a good trading plan

If we are trading in a state that is always depressed, then the results we will get will not be maximized, instead we will get a big disadvantage, so don't make unrealistic targets in trading
