Over lot and Over trade occur because our emotions are unstable. If our emotions are stable then I believe we can avoid over trade and over lot.

The trading volume for me personally is 10% of the deposit. if all deals seem to be negative, I lose only 1% of the deposit. I believe that this is the optimal ratio of risk and lots in trading.
