Start from the smallest, which is 0.01. So you can learn that all of this requires a process so don't immediately use a large lot.

remember don't be greedy, use a reasonable lot with a predetermined risk, if you can't manage the lot you should use a small leverage so you don't over lot

later you can learn by changing little by little when indeed you can and are able to trade with not many lots that's good enough

To change trading in the right way, you must be able to keep everything well between being able to keep your open positions well, don't ever do a lot of lots.

Usually over lot happens because we are greedy and want big profits in one time entering the market, but this can actually be disastrous. Therefore, you should not be emotional when you trade because it can result in a margin call.

We must have trading rule trading limits that we can do, and we have to run with discipline, so we don't trade with over trade

You can change it all in your own way when indeed you are able to do it in the maximum way then you can change everything in a good and right way.

usually over trade can be overcome with us having good trading rules and good management and we run it all with discipline

a way to change the account of a lot of positions. Later you can control your anger so you don't use emotions at any time when you are in a position
