Trading by using excessive lot size in my opinion is a very bad thing, because it can easily make us margin calls

to avoid that, the point here is not to forget about it because it will make you unable to consistently use trading

What's easy is that you don't want to do something like that again. The point is there is a will where you can assert something well.

Trading by way of overload is not recommended, because it will be very easy to make us experience a big loss

A lot that is too large is of course not good for trading, but if your capital is also large then it's okay if you use a large lot. If I always count MM.

to change it all in a good way you have to be able to see clearly so you can know that using a lot of open positions and using a lot of lots is not good

Over lot and over trade are the main enemies for traders, and to avoid this you must get used to making a trading plan and you should not enter a position again if there is already an open position.

To change in a good way you have to be able to know what you did wrong when you just don't want to do a lot. Open positions using large lots you can instill a different mindset.

Over trade and Over lot are often done by beginners to get profit quickly. The way to avoid over lots is to keep a trading journal.
