The first way that I think is the most appropriate to do in overcoming the bad habit of overtrade & overlot is to change the leverage to be smaller. Using 1:10 leverage, it is guaranteed that the overlot and overtrade habits will slowly disappear because inevitably we will be forced to OP with small lots and the number of positions that we can open simultaneously will definitely be very limited.
