over trading tends to be wasteful as well as greedy, traders are expected to be able to control their emotions not to over trade because this is not a safe way of trading, especially for beginners it is recommended to avoid over trading because it will confuse how to manage all orders

changing overlots and overtrades is a hard way so you should be able to make sure that you never do anything like that again for the safety of your account

To overcome the use of lots that are too excessive for me, what we have to do is implement our money management, and do it with discipline, then with that our lots will also be regular.

Over trade and over lot it is a trader disease but we can avoid it by applying discipline

over trade and over trade can be overcome by emotional conditions or calm psychology and good money management, because both of these things for me have to walk in mind so that our trading is safe and avoiding over lots of course

This in my opinion can be easily overcome with a good money management, not the money management is well executed and consistent, now it's hard to do
