we can practice discipline at any time as long as we do the right way of trading because good habits are indeed started from the beginning so that we can apply more discipline consistently.

maintaining and improving discipline is indeed not as easy as we hoped for especially if the trader does not have the enthusiasm and high effort to achieve it will surely make him feel bored.
