If we have a desire that today's profit target is greater than the profit we usually get, does it indicate an increase in ability or greed? What do you all guys think?

Greed, in my opinion, has two points of view. Greedy for results that are not realistic to achieve, and greed that is very likely to be achieved. We just have to choose which one.
