Good habits affect every part of our lives. If you wake up early and open the blinds, for example, let in the sunshine, make coffee and sit at your laptop ready to start the day, it will have a good impact.
Likewise, if you sleep until 1 pm, roll out of bed in your pajamas, eat junk and lie in bed on your computer to trade...you probably aren't going to be productive.
