It is better to put a stoploss when a news that has high impact strength such as brexit or unemployment will occur. It usually occurs Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
absolutely right Sir, due to stop loss is a safety for the accounts we should as much as possible so the discipline we apply in our trading system to avoid bigger losses.

How do you think the stoploss placement is necessary ?? sometimes some traders don't focus on stop losses, what do you say ??
Well its up to you to use stoploss or not but if theres a big news come, you still dont want to use stop loss ? I just warn you because that happen to me, sometime we just focus on profit and forget about stop loss, actually the most important thing in my opinion is stop loss. You should thinking the risk first before think the profit

Yes it is true what you say, when news occurs without giving stop losses it is obviously very detrimental that the possibility of making capital can run out quickly if we cannot manage finances properly.

Hello

for stop loss placement, it is better to adjust to where you are doing the analysis
like you do analysis with timefram h1
then use the stop loss with the reference timeframe h1
do not use the m15 timeframe reference

and for stop placement I usually use the closest support and resistance from my open position

If you have a little capital or trade with a large amount, I think "stop losses" are needed, especially if you can't pay attention to the market every time.

Stop loss is needed or not in trading, if I think it depends on the trader - each because there are traders whose trading methods are scalping, some are middle and long,
This is what I say using stop loss is used or not, usually people who are trading scalping type definitely use stop loss why?
because scalping must use a large lot so that the risks and profits are limited by stop loss, different from the long type traders the lot calculation must be noticed because it adjusts to the existing capital / capital retention so this is why there are traders who use stop loss and stop loss.

Good afternoon, Sir. Stoploss is the loss limit of a trader. Personally, I rarely use StopLoss and I often don't use it. I use a stop if I doubt my analysis. And for placement usually 1: 2 with Take profit. For example Take Profit 50 pips then Stop loss 100 pips. However, it all depends on the strategy of each trader for the placement of stop losses.

I think a stop loss is needed because no one can know for certain the future market movements. Because the direction of movement can change dramatically and will be a risk for traders. Because stop losses must be used to limit the potential loss of a transaction.

I agree to use Stop Loss. because by using it I can manage my losses in trading and can avoid greater losses. and I always recommend that you always use stop losses if you want to keep the balance safe from the margin call

in my opinion SL is very important and there must be every open position, because what? we don't know where the market will move and what will happen next.

besides that SL usage is included in our money management. we as a trader must determine how many% of capital we are ready to lose or essentially limit losses.

Stop loss is a security in our trade in every open position on the market. how important is that? of course it is very important that the capital we have can be minimized by the losses that occur from market movements that are sometimes outside the guess of traders.

if I myself always I give stop loss because it is very important for all traders. yes, maybe for a moment the analysis is correct, but if we forget the news, if the storm hits the market, all the balances can be used up

I think stop loss is not only needed but is indeed an obligation because stop loss is the most important application of risk management. Traders who do not focus on loss or do not use stop loss are traders who have not yet realized the importance of risk management.

Absolutely, most traders are more concerned with risk and tend to use stop loss than those who do not use it because the risk is always lurking as long as we do trading activities.
