what you said is not true because when you are like that you just don't want to do a good experience for the future so the experience is not something bad.

Bad experiences can motivate you to keep moving forward so you don't repeat it again.

bad or good experience is not a barrier in the future what makes you fail to succeed is when you are less sensitive to management.
