The experience of success is indeed good but that experience cannot be used as a benchmark.

Every successful trader once had 0 knowledge about trading. Every successful trader started trading with no experience. You need all those other things in the beginning, but time and experience only help you improve. I do think experience offers knowledge you can't get any other way.
