If I'm the opposite because I make that experience a way to success by improving the experience I've had then I won't repeat it again in the future, so for me that experience is very important.

I just found out that experience actually makes it difficult for us to develop even though I know actually when we can use our experience as a reference that we will not repeat it again when the experience is a bad thing then we will replace it and evaluate it but if the experience is good then it is a our encouragement in the future
