Many traders maybe prefer to choosing MT4 platform, because already become popular platform among trader and also user interface is friendly, we can use custom indicator from the third party, and also we can backtest ea to getting first performance, MT4 platform still become my favorite platform, although now available MT5 which maybe someday later can replace MT4, as long as this platform still used hence I will use this platform

in my opinion depending on which one is convenient to use, there is as much as a trader likes to use a web trader and some others like MT4 and MT5. depending on the taste and comfort of each time, but I myself prefer to use MT4 applications to run my trading every day, in my opinion MT4 is comfortable and fast in execution, although sometimes this all depends on the internet signal and a good broker.

I prefer to use mt4 instead of mt5. even though I also trade using MT5. mt4 platform in my opinion the specifications are lighter on my smartphone. while mt5 has more memory it can reach 1GB, and I don't know why

Based on my observation, the most widely used trading platform by Asians is mt4 while the one used by Americans is mt5. I myself use MT4 as my favorite platform.

MT4 is very good because it is compatible with EA and other custom indicators and is also easy to use and familiar with, I have never used a platform other than MT4.

The Windows version of Metatrader 4 is already able to run EA, but for the mobile version of Metatrader 4 it is still unable to do so. And indeed for the metatrader 4 platform itself is very good and enough, therefore all brokers use this platform as their trading application

yes right, some custom indicators and EA are not compatible on the mt4 for android or other smartphone OS platforms. Possibility is indeed being developed or indeed truly incompatible.

And hopefully later the mobile version of Metatrader can also run EA, because it will definitely be perfect if that happens. Because of course people who like to use EA want to continue to monitor the performance of EA on their way wherever they are, and besides using VPS it feels like this metatrader mobile version will be a solution if EA can be installed.

I always use metatrade as my main platform when trading, I have never tried other platforms, but I think I feel comfortable trading using metatrades because there are so many indicators that help even there are many indicators shared on the internet.

I am also ever using streamster from marketiva, this platform is my first experience start trading forex with bonus 5$ from marketiva, indeed if compared with MT4 platform still comfortable use MT$ than streamster, but we also can use webtrader beside MT4 and this platform don't need to install because running on a browser

Personally, I prefer to use the PC or Laptop platform to conduct trade transactions, because it is better and superior to the Android platform. However, this goes back to people's habits, sometimes there are people who want to be simple.

I use the Android version of the MetaTrader platform, the weakness is that I cannot install the modification indicator.
