When you want to learn the Quasimodo technique you have to be sure of what you are learning because when you are not sure of what you are learning then you will not be able to practice it well

Quasimodo can be learned if you really use the supply and demand technique because that is part of the technique, so Quasimodo should not be arbitrary this is a good technique.
