Large leverage will usually make us too confident to enter with a big lot and of course this is dangerous.

If I see this leverage actually has positive and negative sides. Many traders find it helpful to have leverage because by using a rather large leverage like 1:1000, they can more freely develop the techniques they use. But for beginners and those who can't take advantage of leverage it is very dangerous.

Our own risk is regulated and has nothing to do with leverage, even if you use a small leverage but if your MM is bad then the risk is also big.
