the most failure is because they are greedy using a lot of Open positions and secondly they don't use protective tools like stop loss and lack of calculating risk management

There are many factors that make traders always fail, some mistakes that traders often make are overlotting and being unable to contain emotions. these two things are the main causes of trader failure

The most common thing is that they are not disciplined because in my opinion all people are actually able to do forex trading and can analyze but they are not disciplined
