Many people underestimate mistakes as something scary, even though for me or some other people, if we can use those mistakes as a self-evaluation, in my opinion the best evaluation is when we make mistakes, not when we copy other people's mistakes, experience is important to make us better.

Making mistakes as self-evaluations is very important when we do an activity that makes us lose. In my opinion, it doesn't matter if we do that. The important thing is when we evaluate. Many people are not aware and tend to get emotional first when they are wrong, even though when they are wrong or they fail to make a profit, they should make that an evaluation because only with their own mistakes can we know what we have to change? With our own mistakes, what we do can make  should we focus more on fixing everything

The profit that you use as a self-evaluation is something that is really good for you because the profit that you get will give you the right insight for evaluation and for the future so that you don't repeat the same thing.

making a mistake as a self-evaluation of something that is appropriate for us to use when we are in a wrong position, we must be able to admit, we must be able to introspect ourselves, don't be selfish, if we don't use the system, it's wrong, we have to evaluate it so that later in the future  we don't repeat the same thing

One of the main advantages of evaluating our own mistakes is that we know where our mistakes are and we can not repeat them again and can make a profit.

If you can, it is better to use mistakes as self-evaluation because when you admit your own mistakes then they can be used as a reference for you to make appropriate changes. You should be able to use this for something better in the future.
