in my opinion all techniques are suitable for all types of pairs, it's just that we have to be willing to do a little update to find a match between a pair and a technique.

Most strategies can be used in all pairs but maximum results and use only on certain pairs. But there are also those that are only for certain pairs. There are even special ones only for one pair, such as specifically for gold or specifically for oil, for example.

I think the same technique is not necessarily suitable for use in different pairs, because each pair has different characteristics, there are strong trend formations, some are not strong, so before using a technique it would be better if you make sure beforehand whether the technique is suitable for the pair you want to use
