Patient traders are indeed faster to profit than smart traders. The point is that when you have high patience, then traders like you will get something that other people don't have.

Traders who are patient do tend to be able to use their common sense to be more patient because with patience they will find results that match their characteristics so the point is smart alone is not enough in this case.
