in a demo account you also have to be able to train so that you can be consistent because if you think you are consistent, only using a real account is a mistake. When you use a demo account you also have to be consistent so that later when you use a real account the results will be the same.

Profit on a demo account is an obligation because if you cannot use the profit on a demo account then you will forever not be able to use a real account for trading.
