complaining is an expression when we do not get the goals we want and I think that is normal but the problem is when every day you complain about emotions and disappointment then the most important thing in my opinion here is to learn to forget and make that experience a way to do activities better motivated by something that is important so that you do not complain easily and focus on continuing the future

You have to be able to stop because when you don't stop complaining then it will make you unable to think realistically and unable to do activities well the key to success is being able to hold back anger being able to hold back emotions. So make sure you can always do the best for yourself.

Never complain When you complain then worship makes you unable to get benefits because when you are emotional, then you will find it difficult to do good things. So make sure you do the right thing to get a system with more comfortable benefits in the future by doing the right evaluation.
