When the market is closed, I sleep all day. play with children, take your wife for a walk, pokoe family time
because I've been struggling from Monday to Friday, the remaining 2 days can't work for the family

The holiday market is Saturday/Sunday, usually I don't hold a computer at all. The problem is that on that day, the internet network will be slow, so I can't net.

indeed when the market closes we will do something we shouldn't do, namely we do activities for the weekend we have to rest first so we can manage our brain properly

Usually mah card is closed I only sleep on Saturday or Sunday or maybe I will study continuously so I can do the best for Monday and I prefer reading books than doing something useless

What I did was analyze Monday's market movement...where did it go, read fundamentals and technicals. sometimes wrong sometimes right

If the market is on holiday, play with the children, even if it's 1 hour to learn the system that I've used to become better at OP. At least if you want, go to the mall or something. Anyway, relax, but the most important thing is to learn by posting on this forum

When the market is closed, I usually do activities that may be done the same as other people, namely watching television and playing with my family or maybe I just sleep and don't do it mostly for evaluation.

enjoy life. After 5 days of trading, Saturday and Sunday are used to do hobby activities. The important thing is that life needs a balance between mind and body so that stamina and health are maintained.

I did nothing when the forex trading market closed which I did Maybe I will see how I will evaluate my system And maybe I will continue tomorrow And I will take a break.
