here the important thing is to use a higher timeframe but when you can use a lower timeframe it doesn't matter either but do try to always be a medium or long term trader

At first, I did use trading on a daily basis, but over time, in my opinion, it was difficult because for the problem of trends, it cannot be used in one day. So I decided for at least 1 week.

the use of trading activity depends on your time if you are busy you should use long term if you are not busy then you can use short term or use day trading

I can only suggest making a long-term trader because when you become a short-term trader your activities will be disturbed. You only focus on trading and ignore your other activities.
