We can indeed get rid of the emotional circle when we can be disciplined when the person's emotions are psychologically unhealthy. So we can avoid all of that with good psychology and proper discipline.

In my opinion, there is no need to be too emotional when you want to master something because when you are emotional, it will be difficult for you to master a method with more comfortable and precise results.
