the emotions of a foreign exchange trader do have a circle but when you can use those emotions and patterns to overcome them then you will be successful later on. So you have to be able to overcome that

The emotional pattern of a foreign exchange trader is indeed one way for us to focus on the circle of emotions. Do not let us get too emotional about something that we think can be handled well.

Emotions do have a pattern, but when you can stop the pattern so you don't get too emotional it's very good so when you trade don't use emotions too much because when you use emotions the results will not be good.

I learned that in order to break the emotional cycle all I have to do in trading is to trade with small lots. Because when trading with small lots, when the loss is not big, and this mental fatigue and feeling of being hit really doesn't exist.
