The understanding of trading according to capital is that, for example, if you use capital of 50 dollars, you must be able to use a minimum risk of 1 to a maximum of 10%. So when you have lost 5 dollars, you must stop using lots. You must also pay attention. Don't use high lots such as 0.1. or 1 lot

trading based on capital is very important. If you see that the risks taken are too great or the strategy is not effective, consider making adjustments. In the world of trading, losses and profits are things that will definitely happen in every trading activity that we do.

when you make a trade it must be in accordance with the capital. Because in any case, for open positions and to maintain risk, especially to open positions using lots, it must be in accordance with the capital, don't be greedy by using large lots and using large open positions.

Trading based on capital must be used to be done because it is part of the learning process that traders must go through. Trading based on capital is sometimes not easy, especially when we give advice to newbie traders because the experience we have had is not necessarily what they have experienced, so sometimes when we give good advice it can seem patronizing.

Good trading means using appropriate capital. What this means is that when you use capital of 50 dollars, don't use large lots which could waste your capital in a bad way.

Regarding the problem of trading based on capital in the world of forex, I think they are patient or disciplined, it could be that they are chasing profits that are too high as a result of margin calls attacking us because the lots are too large and do not match the capital entered into the broker.

When you use trading with capital, you must be able to use Open positions according to your capital.  If you use small capital, it's best not to use lots too big because it will be very dangerous

Trading based on capital can prevent traders from experiencing bigger losses because it will prevent them from rushing into transactions, where it often happens that only a few minutes after a trader makes a transaction there is a fairly large price movement, as well as preventing emotions from arising from mistakes made by the trader.

When you carry out forex trading, whatever you do, be it open positions or whatever, it should be in accordance with your capital.  Adjust to what you have because when you exceed the limit then I am sure you will MC and you will not be able to get consistent results.

trading according to your capital will make you disciplined and can guide your management well. When you don't trade according to your capital you will be greedy, you will open lots of positions that you shouldn't do and waste your money in vain.

Currently I have capital of $70 and it is a standard account, I always open positions with lots of 0.01 and am currently experiencing growth. I trade based on existing capital, and maybe if someday my account can grow and become $1000 then I will also increase the lot to 0.05

When you trade according to your capital it will be very profitable for you because you know how to manage it well and use capital appropriately because there are lots of people who trade with large lots without caring about their own capital.
