the most important thing is to use a longer timeframe because when you use a smaller timeframe you will not be able to focus So you have to know how to know

In my opinion, if you want to be patient in forex trading, then when you open a position, you leave it, because if you keep looking at the chart, your emotions will be disturbed.

using a higher timeframe is indeed important because when you use a shorter timeframe you will find it difficult to perform technical methods where you master the charts.

Using a rather large TF is indeed very effective for practicing patience, by using a rather large TF, we can use pending orders, be it buy limit or sell limit.

the best method used here is to use a longer time indeed and reducing the leverage is also not good

using a long period of time and using small leverage is the same as an important part in the world of trading because when you use leverage that is too large then you will not be disciplined

I somewhat disagree that minimizing leverage will make us patient, because in essence, patience is within us. maybe by making a trading plan then you will get used to being patient.

I prefer to use a larger timeframe because by using a larger timeframe I can hit substances from the largest to the smallest.

If you want to be patient, I think you should often use pending orders, because with pending orders we don't have to wait for the chart all the time.

using a larger period of time also includes patience which is important here we also have to know what method we are doing if possible, don't ever use short term
