When you use a long timeframe automatically you can get good results because when you don't use a long timeframe it will be difficult for you as a foreign exchange trader who can analyze with a larger period.

In my opinion, using a little leverage will not affect trading patience. The most important thing is actually discipline, because when we are disciplined, patience will form by itself.

use the long term it's better when you use the long term you can see that the longer period can show quite a significant movement and you won't be confused to apply up or down.

the most effective method of patience is to use a long period of time at least 1 day because when you use a long period when you analyze and train your patience it will be good for you and your soul so you can be more patient to wait for the momentum

The method of patience to train that I think is the most suitable is using a long period of time. Because not everyone can tolerate using a long period of time, let alone months.

Using a large period of time can indeed train patience, but not too big. For example, for daily trading, you don't have to use a monthly timeframe, just use a weekly to daily timeframe.

If we trade in big time then opportunities will rarely appear but once we get it then we can get a lot of profit, so we should just be patient waiting for the moment in the big TF.

Indeed, reducing leverage will make us more patient in trading because with small leverage we cannot open positions with lots of lots.

Patience can be trained by using a long time because with that long time you can analyze patiently.
