Maybe going to bed at night and not opening the chart again is a good way to be patient, and I suggest that when you go to sleep you shouldn't think about forex candles anymore.

Using the patience method can use a time period of more than 1 hour because in my opinion when you use more than 1 hour you will not open a position until you find momentum and that trains your patience.

If you use the right patience method then you can get the opportunity to open a good position. Use at least 1 hour for analysis. So you don't open positions too often.
