I think one way to practice our discipline is to make a trading plan every day because by making a trading plan we will get used to being disciplined and patient

I like these 2 methods the most by using analysis using a longer timeframe because it trains our patience more effectively and of course we should not do a lot of Open positions

The learning method you mentioned I agree because to practice being a patient person we must be able to do something that makes us really need to learn so we can analyze using a larger timeframe by minimizing leverage and risk

to train discipline and our patience in my opinion what we have to do is keep calm against all market conditions, loss and profit we have to accept well

the most effective learning method is to use a higher timeframe that you will practice patience because by using a high timeframe then indirectly you will not open a position until you find the right moment

that awareness can be trained in many ways the most common is when you trade use a longer timeframe at least daily that way you will not open a lot of positions and you can also be patient in looking at the charts

I prefer to use a longer timeframe because it is true that when we use a longer timeframe, we will get maximum results and indeed it can be on a long scale because that is what makes all professional traders get maximum results.

patience is actually easy or not hard. what makes the obstacle of patience is to fight his lust or desire to be fulfilled immediately.

The only factor to be able to apply discipline is to be patient. traders who want to be patient will definitely find it easier to discipline than traders who are often impatient in trading. Be patient first before doing discipline.

The patience needed in forex trading can be divided into 2 types, there is the patience of a trader to enter the market and the patience of a trader to go through the trading process to become a successful trader.

actually it's just a matter of habit. For example in trading, if we get used to being patient in trading such as the right time for entry, being patient with the profits we get, etc., of course it will be done. And the supporting factor for that is the mindset that must be good ,

indeed when we can use a longer period of time we should be able to use a longer period of time as our analysis because effectively using a longer timeframe it can see the overall trend movement differently. When you use a shorter timeframe it will feel hard

two methods that can make you more patient is to use a larger or longer timeframe and minimize the use of positions and leverage so that you will get something useful

When you can use a larger timeframe then you will be able to observe every movement in detail.  How do you not get confused? When you use this technique, you really have to be able to make something long-term so you don't fail later
