Actually, to become a psychological master is easy. What is difficult is holding back our emotions when we fail or when we are in a position where we don't get an advantage. One of the conditions for becoming a psychological master is to be patient and able to regulate our own emotions when we lose. You have to keep learning so that later you can get used to it
