Holidays provide fresh thinking. I fill the weekend with fun activities according to the hobbies that I enjoy.

that I do on the weekends so sleep may stroll or watch television because I think it's great

what I do on holidays is rest at home gathering with my wife or children or going out of the house I won't trade

honestly I although the time off is never loose to analyze and vaccinate my daily trading, because for me at all times it is trading, but I also spend time with family and indeed enjoy the holidays to have fun

If the market is in a holiday condition, it should use it to rest and clear the mind back after a full week's trading tired

usually I use to gather with family because I'm tired of what I do to trade then it's time for me to get together with the family back properly and do not let us miss the moment

If I do, definitely take a break. For me, I won't be able to take time for other purposes. Work has its own schedule. but maybe for those who are workaholics or those who really want to be able to, maybe they will keep trading.

for the holidays I definitely use to rest because with rest my body and mind will calm down again on Monday I will start trading again

I do a lot of activities when I'm on vacation. I usually hang out with my family and go to the amusement park, so we should be able to make time for our family as best we can because family is important. The next day we start trading again.

When forex trading is off I usually watch TV and I don't want to look at the chart because it disturbs my psychology

for now I don't think there is a market that is off because on Saturdays and Sundays we can trade on binary options

Various activities to fill spare time, each person's activity is different. but if it is approaching the open market hours, we should prepare it for trading planing as well.
