what i do when i take a break from forex trading work is i will see how in the last week whether there have been changes or weaknesses in my trading system and i will see how things progress with my gains and losses

what I do when it's entertainment is I will make it calmer I'll sleep or maybe do other activities I can't do Usually because of work So maybe it's not good I'll do that too

I firmly believe that you should not work on holidays.  Disengage from money making and reengage with family and friends.  It is mentally healthy.  You will find that your work more enjoyable and you will be better at it when you return to work after taking time off.

there is nothing special that I do when I go on vacation on the weekends. Because during the holidays I will have an activity that I can't use on weekdays I will play with my wife and children or can go to the amusement park
